Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings. AutoLux acts as a marketplace and is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We do not guarantee the condition, legality, or quality of any vehicle listed on the platform.
5. Fees & Payments
Some services on AutoLux may require payment. All fees are stated clearly before you commit to a purchase or subscription. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on AutoLux — including logos, design, text, and software — is owned by or licensed to AutoLux and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The AutoLux platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoLux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any transactions conducted through it.
